On January 30, 2025, MicroStrategy priced its offering of 7,300,000 shares of 8% Series A Perpetual Strike Preferred Stock at $80 per share. This offering is expected to generate net proceeds of $563.4 million, with the closing date set for February 5, 2025, subject to customary conditions.
