Canary Capital Group LLC, a digital asset investment firm, has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to introduce the first spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) in the United States tied to CRO, the native cryptocurrency of the Cronos network. This ETF aims to provide U.S. investors with direct exposure to CRO's price movements, marking a significant step in bridging traditional finance and digital assets.

Crypto.com to Serve as Custodian and Liquidity Provider

Crypto.com, a leading cryptocurrency platform, will act as the custodian and liquidity provider for the proposed ETF. Expanding Investor Access to Digital Assets

The filing follows Canary Capital's recent launch of the Canary CRO Trust, the first private investment vehicle for CRO tailored for U.S. accredited investors.
