Bybit Expands Web3 Staking with rstSOL Launch

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced a strategic partnership with P2P to introduce rstSOL, a token designed to enhance staking rewards and capital efficiency for bbSOL holders. This collaboration integrates Bybit’s bbSOL with Jito’s innovative restaking protocol, allowing users to deposit their tokens into the rstSOL vault and unlock additional rewards while maintaining liquidity.

Unlocking DeFi Potential with Jito Restaking

Jito’s restaking protocol tokenizes staked assets into Vault Receipt Tokens (VRTs), improving flexibility and liquidity. This integration enables bbSOL holders to access 10 DeFi use cases, including liquidity provision, lending, restaking, and yield trading, within the Solana ecosystem. The protocol’s customizable staking rules and rewards make it an ideal solution for maximizing staking returns and gaining exposure to potential airdrops.

Simplified Staking Strategy in Three Steps

Users can amplify their staking returns through a straightforward process:

1. Obtain bbSOL: Stake SOL on Bybit Web3 to receive bbSOL or transfer existing bbSOL to a Web3 wallet.
2. Access Jito Restaking: Navigate to the Jito platform, connect a compatible wallet, and deposit bbSOL into the rstSOL vault.
